Taxes Simplified.
Benefits Maximized.

Tax time does not have to be stressful. We handle the filing, we explain what we did in plain English, and we make sure nothing you are entitled to gets left behind.

Personal Income Tax

One person Starting at$155+ GST

Includes 4 slips

Couple, filed together Starting at$290+ GST

Includes 8 slips

Due every year on April 30, or the next business day if April 30 falls on a weekend or holiday.

Life is rarely that tidy, and that is fine. Self-employment, rental income, short-term rentals, medical claims, the disability tax credit, a home office, moving expenses, pension splitting, first-time home buyers, investments, and crypto each take real extra work, so they are quoted on top. Ask us for a quote and we will give you the number before any work starts.

Business Income Tax

Every business is priced individually, based on its needs and the complexity of its books and filings.

Sole Proprietorships (Self-Employed)

You and the business are the same taxpayer. We sort out what counts as a business expense, what does not, and keep the paperwork behind it tidy enough to defend.

Filed in your personal return by June 15, or the next business day if it falls on a weekend or holiday. If you file GST once a year, that return is also due June 15. Anything owed on either is due April 30.

Corporations

Year end, the corporate return, and the planning that goes with it. Cleaner books mean less work at our end, which is reflected in what we quote you.

Due 6 months after your year end date, but payment is due 2 or 3 months after your year end.

Charities and Non-Profits

For charities and NPOs who report to the CRA. The annual return the CRA requires every year (missing it can cost a charity its registration), plus the record-keeping your board and your funders will want to see.

Due 6 months after your year end date.

Final Taxes & Estate Taxes

There are returns that still need filing after someone passes. We handle the complexity of the estate process and walk you through each step, at whatever pace suits the family.

Final Taxes

The last personal return for someone who has passed away. We take it off the family’s hands and handle the correspondence.

Due April 30 the year after someone passes, or 6 months after if they pass between Nov 1 and Dec 31. If they ran a business, filing moves to June 15 the year after (6 months after a death between Dec 16 and Dec 31), but the payment date does not.

Estate Taxes

The returns for the estate itself while it is being settled. No two estates look alike, so we quote them case by case.

Due 90 days after the fiscal year end of the estate. The executor chooses the estate’s year end, which can be up to one year after the date of death.
